JSI, also known as Jurnal Sistem Informasi, is a publication by the Information Systems Department within the Faculty of Computer Science at Sriwijaya University. This bi-monthly journal is released in April and October and serves as a platform for disseminating, advancing, and facilitating research findings in the field of Information Systems. It aims to foster collaboration among educators, scholars, researchers, and practitioners in Information Technology across Indonesia, enabling them to exchange insights and updates on the latest research endeavors.

The scope of JSI encompasses various areas within Information Systems, including Decision Support Systems (DSS), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Enterprise Information Systems (such as ERP, EAI, CRM, SCM), E-Commerce, E-Government, Hospital Information Systems, Banking Information Systems, Industrial Information Systems, Information Retrieval, Information Systems Security, Web-Based Information Systems, Knowledge-Based Systems, Mobile Computing, Data Mining, Databases, Data Warehouses, Multimedia, and Internet of Things (IoT).
