PRODUKTIVITAS TENAGA KERJA KONTRAK DAN TENAGA KERJA TETAP DI SEKTOR PERBANKAN KOTA PALEMBANG
Abstract
Recently, Outsourcing is becoming a phenomenon. The use of this kind of employee has been rising and it has been contributing 80% from the employee need. This research is aimed to analyse the productivity of Outsourcing employee and insourcing employee in the banking sector in Palembang city. The variables used in this study are employee productivity, Status of employee, wage, education, training, age and experience. The method analysis used are qualitative desciptive and regression analysis, by using 157 employees at lower management level at 15 banks in Palembang city, stratified random sampling. From the result of this research can be concluded that the employee status and social economy variables do not have significant influence on the productivity of outsourcing and insourcing employee in the banking sector at  Palembang city. The regression analysis show that the value of  R2 is 0,027 and F count is 0,525.
