    INSIDENSI DAN FAKTOR RISIKO CORONARY SLOW FLOW: SYSTEMATIC REVIEW

    Abstract


    Studi epidemiologis tentang kejadian CSF penting untuk lebih memahami faktor risiko dan menentukan riwayat alami kondisi tersebut. Oleh karena itu, systematic review ini dibuat untuk membahas insiden terjadinya CSF, serta mengetahui berbagai prediktor yang terkait dengan terjadinya CSF. Tinjauan sistematis ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode PRISMA-P 2015. Berdasarkan hasil pencarian, terdapat 10 artikel relevan yang memenuhi kriteria untuk dianalisis. Hasil analisis didapatkan hasil kejadian CSF 34% dan 34,2% pada artikel berdesain case control, sedangkan 1 artikel berdesain cross sectional yang didapatkan 1,43% kejadian CSF. Faktor risiko terkait atau prediktor terkait dengan terjadinya fenomena coronary slow flow (CSF) yaitu, BMI tinggi, lingkar pinggang tinggi, hipertensi, diabetes melitus, dislipidemia, merokok dan jenis kelamin laki-laki, usia >50 tahun, tingkat SII (systemic immune inflammation), kadar urotensin II, dan faktor psikologis. Kesimpulan didapatkan Angka kejadian coronary slow flow (CSF) cukup tinggi. Berbagai faktor risiko atau prediktor fenomena CSF terdapat faktor yang bisa diubah maupun yang tidak bisa diubah.
