PERAN DULOXETINE DALAM KOMORBID NYERI DAN DEPRESI KRONIK

Hanik Badriyah, Ahmad Nur Fikri Abror

    Abstract

    Abstract

Pain is the most common complaint making patients seeking the doctor. Chronic pain is usually defined as any intermittent or persistent pain that lasts more than 3 months. Chronic pain is a social and financial burden for both individuals or country. Chronic pain is one of the critical factors for determining depression. The bidirectional relationship between depression and chronic pain is well-recognized, but their clinical management remains challenging. The discussion about duloxetine for the management of comorbid chronic pain and depression is still not well understood. Our paper will discuss duloxetine for the management of comorbid chronic pain and depression.
