PEMAHAMAN SISWA TENTANG PERENCANAAN KARIR DI SMA NEGERI 1 INDRALAYA SELATAN

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of understanding of career planning for class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Selatan. The sampling technique used in this research is systematic random sampling, and 64 students of class XI have been chosen to be samples of this research and  based on the calculation Slovin with an error rate of 10%. This research instrument is an objective test to measure the understanding of student's career planning of the aspect of information about themselves, related information about surrounding family and information about the relevant environmental for the career planning. Conclusions of this research is that in general the level of understanding of career planning are in the medium level category of understanding, meaning that students have already understood about career planning.
