Pengembangan Model Konseling Kelompok Dengan Pendekatan Behavioral Untuk Meningkatkan Prosocial Behavior Bystander
Abstract
Bystander is a person who does not like Bullying, but the psychological one-sided which is hampered during the Bullying incident can not do anything, until finally choosing silence, according to some research this is due to the low prosocial behavior in bystander. The research objective is to determine the empirical condition of the implementation of group counseling services in schools in improving Bystander's prosocial behavior. To find out how the development of a group counseling service model with a behavioral approach through the formation of audio visual assisted model behavioral techniques to improve Bystander's prosocial behavior, and how effective the results of the development of the group counseling model is. The research method used is Research and Development (R & D), based on the provisions and main objectives of the initial R&D research method to conduct an initial research or survey, then carry out the development stage of the initial research results, then the results phase namely to arrive at the effectiveness test of products or procedures resulting from development. Based on the results of product trials in the experimental group research, it was proven that peosocial behavior in bystander increased after being provided with group counseling services with a behavioral approach through modeling behavior formation techniques. This can be seen from the exact Sig (2-tailed) of 0.005, which means <2,364, thus the group counseling model with a behavioral approach through effective model behavior formation techniques to improve prosocial behavior bystander.
