Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis Sriwijaya (JMBS) is a journal published by the Master of Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Sriwijaya Indonesia with p-ISSN 1412-4521 and e-ISSN 2685-0885. JMBS is a double-blind peer review journal that is published four times a year (March, June, September, and December). JMBS accepts high-quality original papers that have never been published or are currently being reviewed in other journals. Focus and Scope of JMBS cover the fields of General Management, Financial Management, Marketing Management, and Human Resource Management.
