    Abstract


    Abstrak—Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Laboratorium PT.Pertamina Refenery Unit III Plaju – Sungai Gerong memiliki sistem kelistrikan 2 phasa. Setelah dilakukan pengukuran dimana L-N memiliki tegangan 127V 1phasa, dan L-L memiliki tengan 220V 2 phasa. Sistem kelistrikan 2 phasa tidak bisa dilakukan untuk alat – alat Laboratorium yang ada di PT.Pertamina RU III Plaju – Sungai Gerong. Dimana apabila dipaksakan maka alat laboratorium akan rusak. Dengan mengubah tegangan listrik 2 phasa ke 1 phasa dengan keluaran sinusoidal menjadi solusi, dengan menggunakan inverter Vin 24 Vdc-27Vdc , tegangan dari Vsource PT.Pertamina 205Vac di searah menggunakan dioda dan diregulasi tegangan menjadi 24Vdc s/d 27 Vdc untuk masukan ke inverter. Vout dari inverter yang digunakan telah 220V 1 phasa dengan Line-Netral 220V, Massa – Netral ± 1V dan frekuensinya 50 Hz. rancang bangun alat ini sangat baik untuk digunakan pada alat-alat laboratorium yang ada di PT Pertamina Refenety Unit III Plaju – Sungai Gerong.

    Abstract—Based on the results of the study indicate that Refenery PT.Pertamina Laboratory Unit III Plaju – Sungai Gerong has a 2-phase electrical system. After the measurement in which the LN has 1 Phase 127V voltage, and L-L has a 2-phase voltage 220V. 2-phase electrical system can not be implemented to tool in PT.Pertamina RU III Plaju –Sungai Gerong. It will damage the equipment if it is implemented directly . By converting the voltage 2 phase to 1 phase with sinusoidal output into a solution,and using the inverter 24 Vdc-27Vdc Vin, the voltage of 205Vac PT.Pertamina Vsource in the direction of using a diode and a regulated voltage to 24Vdc s / d 27 Vdc for input to the inverter. Vout of the inverter has 220V 1 phase with Line-Neutral 220V, Mass - Neutral ± 1V and a frequency of 50 Hz. This designed equipment can work well on laboratory equipment in PT Pertamina Refenety Unit III Plaju -Sungai Gerong .
