Pengaruh Peningkatan Efisiensi Pemasangan Heatsink pada Panel Photovoltaic Tipe Polycrystalline

Abstract


Panel Photovoltaic adalah peralatan yang dapat mengkonversikan energi matahari menjadi energi listrik. Efisiensi panel ini menurun ketika temperaturnya meningkat sehingga diperlukan media pendingin untuk meningkatkan efisiensinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendinginkan panel photovoltaic agar efisiensi panelnya meningkat. Penelitian ini menggunakan panel tipe polycrystalline dengan media pendingin berupa heatsink yang diletakkan di belakang panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi 3,37% dengan daya keluaran rata-rata 0,483 W. Koefisien perpindahan kalor konveksi rata-rata adalah 4,18 W/m2.K bila memakai heatsink  dan tanpa memakai heatsink adalah 4,31 W/m2.K
