Audit Sistem Informasi Manajemen Sekolah Menggunakan Framework Cobit 4.1 Studi Kasus pada SMK Labor Binaan FKIP UNRI

Abstract

Abstrak Audit Sistem Informasi dilakukan secara periodik untuk menjamin keberlanjutan operasional IT yang digunakan oleh organisasi. Audit saistem informasi juga digunakan untuk mengukur sejauh mana sistem telah terlaksana dengan baik. Sistem Informasi Manajemen Sekolah pada SMK Labor Binaan FKIP UNRI digunakan untuk mengelola data nilai siswa, data mata pelajaran, data siswa produktif dan non-produktif. Sistem juga digunakan untuk mengelola data pelanggaran siswa selama masa sekolah berlangsung, dan menyimpan informasi tentang siswa dan alumni. Audit sistem informasi ini menggunakan framework COBIT 4.1 domain Delivery and Support (DS) terutama pada proses antara lain: menentukan dan Mengatur tingkat layanan (DS1), Memastikan keamanan system(DS5), Mengelola data (DS11), Mengatur lingkungan fisik (DS12), dan mengelola operasi (DS13). Hasil audit menunjukkan tingkat kematangan proses level 2 yang berarti terjadi perulangan proses. Sedangkan target yang ingin dicapai yaitu level 3 setiap proses telah diatur dan di dokumentasikan dengan baik. Untuk mencapai level tersebut maka diberikan rekomendasi perbaikan proses.

Abstract Information Systems Audit conducted periodically to ensure continuity of IT operations used by the organization . Audit information system is also used to measure the extent to which the system has been implemented well . Management Information Systems at the SMK Labor Binaan FKIP UNRI used to manage the data of the students , the data subject , the data of students productive and non - productive . The system is also used to manage data breaches students during the school year progresses, and store information about students and alumni . This audit using COBIT 4.1 framework domain Delivery and Support ( DS ) , especially in the process include: manage service level and Organize ( DS1 ) , manage security system ( DS5 ) , Manage data ( DS11 ) , manage the physical environment ( DS12 ) , and manage operations ( DS13 ) . The results show the level of process maturity level 2 which means there is a looping process . While the target to be achieved is a level 3 each process is set up and well documented . To reach that level then the given process improvement recommendations .Keywords: information system audit, Cobit 4.1
