    Karakteristik Desain Kapal Perikanan Bottom Gillnet di Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara Sungailiat, Bangka Belitung

    Abstract


    The aim of the research were to designed and knowed the characteristic of bottom gillnet ship design. The research was conducted in Nusantara Fishery Port SungaiLiat, Bangka Belitung on Desember which was achieved by measured bottom gilLnet ship directly. Table Data ground offset was processed using by corel draw  in order was achieved three pictures such as body plan, profile plan, and half breadth plan. Based of measuring showed that bottom gillnet ship design for body plan were round flat bottom and round bottom, for profile plan in ship’s stern esspecially in proppler side curved to the keel and for half breadt plan followed body plan. The main dimension charasteristic of bottom gillnet ship design had fulled the standar criteria of dimension rasio of main ship. The body shape ship construction were V bottom in bow side  and U in the middle ship. The material were achieved in the production of ship were meranti woods (Shorea acurinata) and ulin woods (Kusideroxylon zwageri).

    ABSTRAK

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesain dan mengetahui karakteristik desain kapal bottom gillnet. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara Sungailiat, Bangka Belitung pada bulan Desember 2009. Data didapatkan melalaui pengukuran kapal bottom gillnet secara langsung di lapangan. Data pada tabel offset lapangan diolah dengan menggunakan corel draw sehingga didapatkan tiga buah gambar yaitu body plan, profile plan dan half breadth plan. Berdasarkan pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa desain kapal bottom gillnet untuk body plan yaitu round flat bottom dan round bottom, untuk profile plan bagian buritan tepatnya pada bagian propeller melengkung menuju ke lunas dan untuk half breadt plan mengikuti body plan. Karakteristik desain kapal bottom gillnet dimensi utamanya telah memenuhi kriteria standar rasio dimensi utama kapal. Konstruksi bentuk badan kapal adalah V bottom pada bagian haluan dan U pada bagian tengah kapal. Bahan yang digunakan dalam pembuatan kapal adalah kayu meranti (Shorea acurinata) dan kayu ulin (Kusideroxylon zwageri).
