    Pengaruh modifikasi sayur terhadap porsi konsumsi sayur anak prasekolah

    Abstract


    Tujuan: Konsumsi sayur yang kurang merupakan salah satu masalah makan yang sering terjadi pada anak prasekolah.  Hal ini dapat menyebabkan kurangnya asupan vitamin dan mineral serta berdampak pada pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh modifikasi sayur terhadap porsi konsumsi sayur anak prasekolah.

     

    Metode: Metode penelitian ini adalah preeksperimental one-grup pra-post tes design. Sampel berjumlah 15 orang yang diambil mengunakan teknik purposive sampling.

     

    Hasil: Karakteristik responden terdiri dari jenis kelamin 60,0% laki–laki dan rata–rata usia 5,57±0,36 tahun. Uji wilcoxon menunjukkan adanya perbedaan rata–rata yang bermakna antara porsi konsumsi sayur sebelum dan setelah dilakukan modifikasi sayur dengan p value = 0,001 dan ? = 0,05. Rata–rata porsi konsumsi sayur sebelum dilakukan modifikasi 164,33±23,08 gram dan porsi setelahnya meningkat menjadi 272,07±26,81 gram.

     

    Simpulan: Modifikasi sayur diharapkan dapat diterapkan baik di komunitas maupun di keluarga. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat melakukan analisis terhadap faktor lain yang mempengaruhi konsumsi sayur anak prasekolah.

    Abstract

     

    Aim: Less consumption of vegetables is one of the most common eating problems in preschool children. This can lead to inadequate intake of vitamins and minerals as well as the impact on the growth and development of children. This research aimed to determine the influence of modification of vegetable dishes to servings of vegetable consumption of preschool children.

     

    Method: This study used preexperiment one-group pre-post test design. Samples were 15 people were taken using purposive sampling technique.

     

    Result: Respondent characteristics including gender 60.0% male and mean of age 5.57±0.36 years. Wilcoxon test showed asignificant difference of average of vegetable consumption before and after the modification of vegetables with p value = 0.001 and ? = 0.05. The average of vegetables consumption before modification of vegetable dishes were 164.33±23.08 grams and after it increased to 272.07±26.81 grams.

    Conclusion: Modification of vegetable dishes expected to be applied both in the community and in the family. Expected to futureresearchcan be analyze other factors that influence to vegetable consumption in preschool children.
