IDENTIFIKASI PELAKSANAAN CODE BLUE : LITERATURE REVIEW

Abstract

Abstrak
Tujuan: Sistem code blue merupakan sistem komunikasi yang mampu memastikan dilakukannya panggilan
cepat dan efektif untuk melakukan resusitasi pasien henti jantung paru. Sistem ini dibangun sebagai respon
cepat terhadap kegawatan jantung paru di area rumah sakit, sehingga mampu memberikan resusitasi dan
stabilisasi sesegera mungkin.Tim ini harus bekerja cepat dan efisien untuk mengoptimalkan pertolongan. Di
sisi lain, kondisi kegawatan jantung paru seringkali menimbulkan stressor yang tinggi pada tim sehingga
cukup mengganggu pelaksanaan. Literature review ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi pelaksanaan code
blue.
Metode: Metode yang dilakukan dengan melakukan analisis kritis pada artikel penelitian berbahasa inggris
tentang identifikasi pelaksanaan code blue tahun 2013-2018. Pencarian artikel dilakukan pada mesin
pencarian Google Scholar, PubMed, serta Sciencedirect, dan dipilih dengan kriteria mudah diakses fulltexnya.
Kata kunci yang digunakan adalah “Evaluation of Code blue”, “Implementation of Code blue”. Artikel
diseleksi secara bertahap dengan menggunakan metode PRISMA dan didapatkan 10 artikel yang relevan.
Hasil: Hasil menunjukkan tiga hal penting dalam pelaksanaan code blue, meliputi : identifikasi pasien yang
tidak tepat, code blue efektif untuk meningkatkan ROSC (return of spontaneous circulation), dan
pelaksanaan sesuai protokol akan memberi hasil lebih baik.
Simpulan: Identifikasi pelaksanaan code blue menunjukkan tiga hal ini sangat bermanfaatbagi pelaksanaan
code blue. Hal ini bisa untuk menjadi perhatian bagi pelaksanaan code blue di Indonesia, agar bisa mendapat
hasil yang lebih baik.

Abstract
Aim: Bluecode system are communication systems that ensure the most rapid and effective resuscitation
when a patient is in respiratory or cardiac arrest. Its was build as fast respond for cardiopulmonary
emergency in the hospital, until resuscitation and stabilization can do immediately. Bluecode team must be
work fastly and efisienly to get maximal outcome. Beside that,bluecode situation is full of stressor conditions,
that obstruct the implementation. This literature review aims to identify the implementation of bluecode
system.
Method: A method used is critical review full text of 2013-2018 period in English language. The multiple
data bases used is Google Scholar, PubMed, and Sciencedirect with keyword “Evalution of code blue”, and
“Implementation of Code blue”. The article select gradually by using of appraisal tool of PRISMA and obtained 10 relevan article.

Results: The literature review obtained 3 important point on the implementation of code blue. First,

Identification patient not properly, second, blucode is effective for increasing of rosc event,
third,implementation base on protocol give better outcome .
Conclusion: This literature review give us three important point on bluecode implementation. So, base on
this literature review, all of the point must be respected on bluecode implementation in Indonesia, to get
better outcome.
