HUBUNGAN ANTARA DIMENSI IKLIM KOMUNIKASI DENGAN KINERJA (STUDI KASUS DINAS KEPENDUDUKAN DAN CATATAN SIPIL KOTA PAGAR ALAM)
Abstract
Goal of this research is to understand the relationships between climatedimensions of communication with the employee's performance on DinasCatatan Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Pagaralam. The subject ofthis research is all the staff and employees in Dinas CatatanKependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Pagaralam was 36 people. Datacollection techniques and uses the angket interview. Data analysistechniques using analisys product moment correlation. Field researchresults can be concluded that: communication in the Dinas CatatanKependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Pagaralam obtained a score 96.08.Performance of employees and the Office of Residence Note Civic PagarAlam City obtained an average score of 71.78. Test statistics based onhypothetical research value obtained rxy = 0.959> table r = 0.329(significant milestone in the 5%) or rxy = 0.959> r = 0.424 table. Thusthe proposed hypothetical "supposedly there is a significant relationshipbetween the climate dimensions of communication with the employee'sperformance on Dinas Catatan Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil KotaPagaralam." Acceptable. From the results of the analysis of the data canbe drawn a conclusion that the climate of communication andperformance of employees Dinas Catatan Kependudukan dan CatatanSipil Kota Pagaralam is a good outline. This proves that the office isquite successful as an organization engaged in the field of governance(public service). While this organization can be said is still quite newestablishment (the results of the expansion of Lahat District), but whenthe climate of communication and performance of the existing remainsare kept, and even more improved, the potential will be able to become agreat institution. Another factor that supports the development of thisorganization is because of the existence of the employees in the office isalready quite experienced and professional in his field, and hasunderstood the importance of good communication climate in relation tothe performance of employees.
