ANALISA PERMINTAAN TENAGA KERJA INDUSTRI MAKANAN, MINUMAN DAN TEMBAKAU DI INDONESIA
Abstract
This research studied industrial labor demand for food, beverages and tobacco in Indonesia.
This study uses quantitative and qualitative methods, using the tools of regression estimates.
The observed variables are variables that proxy for wage labor expenditure, GDP as a proxy
for real output and employment food industry, beverages and tobacco in Indonesia. Results of
regression estimates indicate that GDP significantly compared to the wages of industrial labor
demand of food, beverages and tobacco in Indonesia. Signifikanan instability variables on
demand for labor wages together with the results of research ever undertaken in Australia, the
results of these estimates indicate that the food industry, beverages and tobacco are capital
intensive.
