Analisis Pengaruh Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi dan Ketidakamanan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Komitmen Karyawan sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi Kasus Pada Karyawan Outsourcing Bank Sumsel Babel di Palembang)
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze perceived-organizational support and job insecurity
towards employee performance through employee commitment as an intervening variable.
The samples used in this study comprise the outsourcing employees of Bank Sumsel Babel
Palembang of about 113 respondents, and the data obtained from 54 of 61 quesionnaires. The method
of sampling applied here is by using the census method. The analisys method used is qualitative
descriptive analisys method, using a path analisys by SPSS of the version 19 windows pogram.
The results of such hypothesis testing shows that the variables 1)Perceived-organizational
Support has positif impact toward the employee’s performance as much as 0, 479,(2) Job Insecurity
has negative influence towards the employee’s performance of -0,306 and (3) Employee’s Commitment
has negative influence towards the employee’s performance of -0,434. The result of the small value of
the coefficient of determination of 0,246 (24,6%) indicates that the ability of independent variables
(Perceived-organizational Support, Job insecurity and Employee’s Commitment) in explaining the
dependent variable (employee’s performance) is very limited. The path analisys result shows that
perceived of organizational support has stronger influence towards the employee’s performance (Beta
= 0,407).
