PERHITUNGAN LOSS OF LOAD PROBABILITY (PROBABILITAS KEHILANGAN BEBAN) SISTEM TENAGA LISTRIK DI PT.PUPUK SRIWIDJAJA

Abstract


Abstrak—Tingkat keandalan yang baik menentukan kelangsungan penyaluran tenaga listrik pada sistem tersebut. Ketersediaan daya yang kurang mencukupi akan mempengaruhi tingkat keandalan suatu sistem. Dalam menghitung keandalan, salah satu metode adalah metode Loss of Load Probability (probabilitas kehilangan beban). Loss of Load Probability adalah indeks level resiko dalam mengoperasikan sistem tenaga listrik. Tingkat keandalan yang tinggi dapat diperoleh dengan level resiko yang rendah atau kecil. Loss of Load Probability(LOLP) sistem tenaga listrik di PT.PUPUK SRIWIDJAJA (Pusri) pada saat ini sebesar 9 hari/tahun. Setelah Pusri-IIB menggantikan posisi Pusri-II LOLP sistem tenaga listriknya menjadi 7.03 hari/tahun. Bila saat gas turbine generator dengan kapasitas 21.5MW sedang dalam perawatan atau pemeliharaan, LOLP pada sistem tenaga listrik menjadi sebesar 63.8 hari/tahun.Bila saat Steam Turbine Generator dengan kapasitas 20MW sedang dalam perawatan atau pemeliharaan, LOLP pada sistem tenaga listrik menjadi sebesar 73 hari/tahun.Bila saat Gas Turbine Generator dengan kapasitas 15MW sedang dalam perawatan atau pemeliharaan, LOLP pada sistem tenaga listrik menjadi sebesar 41.85 hari/tahun. Untuk mendapatkan indeks Loss of Load Probabilitymaksimal 1 hari/tahun maka dua buah steam turbine generator Pusri-IIB harus diperbesar menjadi 30MW.

Abstract—A good level of reliability power distribution determine the viability of the system. Insufficient power availability will affect the level of system reliability. In calculating the reliability, one of method is Loss of Load Probability method. Loss of Load Probability isthe risk level index in operating the electric power system. High degree of reliability can be obtained with a low risk level.Loss of Load Probability (LOLP) power systems in PT.Pupuk Sriwidjaja (Pusri) is currently 9 days / year. After Pusri-IIB replaced Pusri-II electrical power system, LOLP is 7,03 days / year. When the gas turbinegenerators with capacity 21.5MW is under maintenance, LOLP of the power system becomes 63.8 days / year. When the currentsteam turbine generators with capacity 20MW is under maintenance, LOLP of the power system will be 73 days / year.then at the timegas turbine generators with capacity 15mW is under maintenance, LOLP of the power system is 41.85 days / year. To get the Loss of Load Probability index up to 1 day / year, then two Steam Turbine Generators Pusri-IIB should be enlarged to 30MW.Keywords.
