    Abstract


    ABSTRACT

     

    Coal mining activities are carried out using digging equipment excavator 400 LC-7 backhoe PC as much as 2 units and 5 units of dump truck Mitsubishi Fuso and 5 units of dump truck Nissan CWB. The coal production target in 2017 is 1.230.000 tons/year, but in reality the production achieved is only 950.872,35 tons/year, as well as 2018, production target cant be achieved in February and March.The data taken iscycle time of excavating and hauling equipment, the amount of coal filling in the vessel and supporting data of the company. The analysis and calculation of coal production is carried to evaluate and repair efforts. The results of evaluation is productivity of excavating and hauling equipment showed that the productivity of the excavator didn’thave problems, but the productivity of the hauling equipment didn’t  reach the target because of  low job efficiency and loading of coal in Mitsubishi Fuso 220 Ps with match factor <1. The efforts made to increase the productivity of hauling equipment by increasing effective work time by minimizing operator delay, stopped work before rest,and stopped work before working hours so job efficiency increases from 58,4 % to 67,7 % and repairing loading coal on the Mitsubishi Fuso from 6 to 7 times and after that the match factor increase from 0,64 to 0,74. So the productivity of hauling equipment is increased from 1.337.430 tons/year to 1.603.737 tons/year.
