UPAYA MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR KIMIA MELALUI PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS PERORANGAN DALAM REGU DI KELAS XI MIA SMA NEGERI 10 PALEMBANG

Abstract


Abstract : Efforts To Improve Chemical Learning Result Through The Application Of Learning Models Based On Individual In Class XI MIA SMA Negeri 10 Palembang. This classroom action research aims to improve the chemistry learning process  that can improve chemistry student learning outcomes XI MIA 4 SMAN 10 Palembang through application of model cooperative learning team assisted individualization. The research was conducted in three cycles and every cycle consist of two meetings. Data was collected using a test at the end of each cycle and student activity observation sheet. Obtained data completeness of the results of studying chemistry before action (To) is 37,5 % and an average score is 71,22. In cycle 1 (T1) mastery learning students increased to 47,06% with an average score of 66,88. This is due to the application of learning models that have the feature TAI study together with friends, learning from their own friends in the group, and each expression. In cycle 2 (T2), completeness and the average score of students increased to 69,23% and 77,17. This increase occurred because the students discuss and answer the questions. In cycle 3 (T3), the third cycle increased to 86.8% with an average score of 81.57 and has achieved mastery in classical. This happens because the students join discussions and answer the questions. Chemistry student learning outcomes improved through the implementation of cooperative learning model type TAI is shown on the completeness and the average student learning outcomes of T3>T2>T1>T0.  Keywords : Class Action Research,Cooperative Learning Team Assisted Individualization, Chemistry Student Learning Outcomes.
