MODEL PICTURE AND PICTURE PADA PEMBELAJARAN PKN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI DAN PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS V SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract


Abstract: Facts on the ground indicate that learning Citizenship Education is still running as usual (conventional), which is not unfamiliar teachers use learning models that make students active and creative in an effort to develop the potential of students , which in turn is able to achieve competency set by the curriculum . This study follows the procedures classroom action research stages, namely (a) for planning actions, (b) Application of action, (c) Observation and Evaluation , (d) Analysis and Reflection . In this study planned three (3) cycles, each cycle with two (2) meetings of learning. Learning achievement can be seen from the acquisition of learning outcomes first cycle the average value of 65.5 , the second cycle of the average value of 70.5 and a third cycle value of 77.3 while the motivation scores are in the high category, in the first cycle of 94.5, the second cycle of 100.2 and 110.5 of the third cycle . Model Picture and Picture on Citizenship Education learning can improve Motivation and Achievement.

Abstrak: Fakta di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganega­raan masih berjalan seperti biasanya (konvensional), dimana belum terbiasanya guru mene­rap­kan model-model pembelajaran yang membuat siswa aktif dan kreatif dalam usaha mengem­bangkan potensi siswa yang pada akhirnya mampu mencapai kompetensi yang dite­­­tapkan oleh kurikulum. Penelitian ini mengikuti prosedur penelitian tindakan kelas dengan tahapan yaitu: (a)  Perencaaan Tindakan, (b) Penerapan Tindakan, (c) Observasi dan Evaluasi, (d) Analisis dan Refleksi. Dalam penelitian ini direncanakan 3 (tiga) siklus, masing-masing siklus dengan 2 (dua) kali pertemuan pembelajaran. Prestasi belajar dapat diketahui dari perolehan hasil belajar siklus I nilai rata-rata 65,5, siklus II nilai rata-rata 70,5 dan siklus III nilai 77,3, sedangkan skor motivasi berada dalam kategori tinggi yaitu pada siklus I sebesar 94,5, siklus II sebesar 100,2 dan siklus III sebesar 110,5. Melalui Model Picture and Picture dapat meningkatkan Motivasi dan Prestasi Belajar.
