Peran Residen Abdul Rozak pada Masa Revolusi Fisik (1945 -1949)

Abstract


The struggle of the Indonesian nation, especially South Sumatra in seizing and retaining of Independence, many involving the leaders and the people of South Sumatra. One of the best sons of South Sumatra lot to contribute to the struggle for independence Indonesia is Abdul Rozak. He is one of the leading South Sumatra who fought relentlessly since the Dutch colonial period, the Japanese occupation, the War of independence until the end. This paper reveals how Abdul Rozak play a role in the early days of independence and on the Physical Revolution or War of independence. Based on an analysis of the activities of Abdul Rozak during the War of Independence, it can be said Abdul Rozak has an important role. He is a figure of a civilian authority South Sumatra who became Administrator. He together with AK Gani is the two figures are inseparable in the fighting in the early days of independence, and the struggle for independence in South Sumatra
