PENGARUH PENERAPAN METODE HORIZONTAL (METRIKS) TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of the study was to determine whether or not the effect of the application method Horizontal (Metrics) on mathematics learning outcomes of primary school students. This research is Quasi experiment using Nonequivalent Control Group Design. In this study, the popu­lation is all of the fourth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Indaralaya, while the sample is a class IV A total of 37 students as the experimental class and the class IVB were 38 students as the control class. The research data were collected by using test. As for the hypothesis test used the t-test with a significance level of 5%. From the analysis of the test data obtained t = 4.587 and the table = 1.662 with a significance level of 5% (? = 0.05) is then obtained t0 df = 73, 95: 73 = 1.662, turns thitung> t table. Thus there is a significant influence in the implementation of the Horizontal Method (MetrisTM) the results of the fourth grade students learn math in SD Negeri 02 Indralaya.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian  adalah untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh penerapan  Metode Horizontal (Metriks) terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Quasi Eskperimen menggunakan Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Indaralaya, sedangkan sampelnya adalah kelas IV A sebanyak 37 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas IVB sebanyak 38 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol. Untuk pengumpulan data penelitian d menggunakan tes. Sedangkan untuk uji hipotesis digunakan uji-t dengan taraf signifikan 5%. Dari analisis data tes diperoleh t_hitung = 4,587 dan t_{tabel= 1,662} dengan taraf signifikan 5% (? = 0,05) kemudian dk = 73 diperoleh t_{0,95 : 73} = 1,662, ternyata t_hitung > t_tabel. Dengan demikian ada pengaruh signifikan dalam penerapan Metode Horizontal (Metris^TM) terhadap hasil belajar Matematika siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri 02 Indralaya.
