Abstract

Organisasi itu jadi sangat penting untukmenentukan bagi manusia untuk yang berkarya, atau menciptakan sesuatu pengharapan dan memenuhi kebutuhan yang mendedikasikan diripada suatu organisasi.Organisasi juga dapat mempengaruhi perilaku manusia dan perilaku manusia yang dapat mengubah organisasi dengan membentuk suatu kebiasaan yang lama kelamaan bisa menjadi suatu budaya.

Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung perilaku organisasi di PT. Kerry Ingredients Indonesia. 

 

Dari hasil penelitian bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dalam mendukung perilaku organisasi di PT. Kerry Ingredients Indonesia pada masa pandemi COVID-19 pemimpin melakukan perintah untuk para karyawannya untuk melakukan work from home (WFH) dan juga pemimpin menerapkan protokol kesehatan yang sudah ditetapkan yaitu wajib memakai masker ketika berada di dalam ruangan maupun di luar ruangan. Serta melakukan sosial distancing untuk memutus rantai penyebaran dan penularan COVID-19.
