The Journal of English Literacy Education: The Teaching and Learning of English as a Foreign Language

The Journal of English Literacy Education or JELE is a peer-reviewed open access academic journal published twice a year (May and November) by the English Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sriwijaya University, South Sumatera, Indonesia. JELE presents research and development in the field of teaching and learning English as a Foreign Language (EFL). Authors must REGISTER to JELE before submitting their work and follow the AUTHOR GUIDELINES. The manuscripts that do not adhere to the guidelines provided by JELE will be returned for correction and revision. The manuscripts are submitted through online submission, and starting from May issue 2023, authors will be charged for submitting, processing and publishing articles. Inquiries can be addressed to the Chief Editor at jele@fkip.unsri.ac.id.  Starting from March 2024, our website will be available at https://jele.ejournal.unsri.ac.id/index.php/jele/index and November edition 2023 could be found in the new website.
