Journal on Mathematics Education

Journal on Mathematics Education (IndoMS-JME) is a peer-refereed open-access international journal which has been established for the dissemination of state-of-the-art knowledge in the field of mathematics education. This journal is founded under the collaboration between Indonesian Mathematical Society and Sriwijaya University. Starting from 2019, IndoMS-JME would be published three times in a year (January, May, and September).

All submitted manuscripts will be initially reviewed by editors and are then evaluated by minimum of two International Reviewers through the double-blind review process. This is to ensure the quality of the published manuscripts in the journal.

The JME welcomes high-quality manuscripts resulted from a research project in the scope of mathematics education, which includes, but is not limited to the following topics: Realistic Mathematics Education, Design/Development Research in Mathematics Education, PISA Task, Mathematics Ability, ICT in Mathematics Education, Lesson Study for Learning Community, and Ethnomathematics. The manuscript must be original research, written in English, and not be simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.

Finally, since September 2015, the journal has been ACCREDITED (recognized) by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education, the Republic of Indonesia as an achievement for the peer-reviewed journal which has excellent quality in management and publication and effective until 2020. The JME also has been ACCEPTED for inclusion in SCOPUS database since September 8, 2018.
