INVESTIGASI TINGKAT KETERLIBATAN MATEMATIKA SISWA MELALUI ANALISIS RANCANGAN PELAKSANAAN PEMBELAJARAN ELPSA DAN IMPLEMENTASINYA DI KELAS

Abstract


Kualitas pembelajaran matematika tercemin dari kualitas keterlibatan matematika siswa selama pembelajaran berlangsung, sementara pembelajaran yang terjadi ditentukan oleh rancangan pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, memiliki rencana pelajaran yang dikembangkan dengan baik sangat penting untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi keterlibatan matematika siswa berdasarkan dua rencana pembelajaran segitiga yang dikembangkan dan diimplementasikan pada siswa kelas 7. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini melibatkan satu orang guru laki-laki dan 24 siswa. Keterlibatan matematika siswa dianalisis melalui kata-kata dan tindakan siswa menggunakan hasil adaptasi alat analisis Watson. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 24 dari 38 indikator keterlibatan matematika siswa yang muncul pada rencana pembelajaran dan hal ini juga bersesuaian dengan keterlibatan yang diharapkan dalam rancangan pembelajaran. Frekuensi kemunculan indikator bervariasi, beberapa aspek relatif tinggi, seperti menggunakan pengetahuan sebelumnya dan mengidentifikasi karakteristik matematika, sementara beberapa aspek lainnya cukup rendah, seperti mengklarifikasi dan menghubungkan ide-ide matematika. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini memungkinkan peneliti memfokuskan perhatian pada kegiatan yang bersifat matematis.
